Meet The Team
— CEO & Founder
Since 1996, Allan Watkins has specialized in advanced technology solutions for enterprise & service provider customers. He has developed solutions that have solved complex challenges around compliance, network security, unified communications, and network architecture for Fortune 500 companies. Forward thinking in the adoption and integration of emerging and advanced technologies, he continues to work with Fortune 1000 companies to reduce cost while addressing the challenges of compliance, IT management, security, and life cycle management. Having combined a uniquely strong background in system architecture, telecommunications, and security, Allan continues to bring great value to the organizations he works with. In addition, Allan has great experience in working with distribution, services provider, enterprise and VAR channels. Currently, Allan is working on his CISSP and the renewal of several of his advanced certifications.

Tracy Watkins is a seasoned telecom professional with a vast experience in both wholesale telecom and end-user telecom management. Tracy leads the support and operations team to ensure client success.

Jeremy Schell has been working in the fields of technology and telecommunications since 1995 and brings that experience to Total Telecom Management in order to help the company best meets the needs of clients. He graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Management and specializations in I.T. and Marketing.
Immediately prior to TTM, Jeremy was the Business Development Manager for PAETEC Communications and later Windstream for the state of Georgia. During that time, he was one of the top BDM’s for the company and was a two time Chairman’s Club winner. His responsibilities included developing and managing strategic partnerships for the company. Critical to accomplishing those objectives were an understanding of customer requirements and the ability of carriers to meet those requirements. Jeremy worked with VAR’s and I.T. consultants to assist them in providing telecom services to their clients through a relationship with PAETEC/Windstream. He now brings that knowledge to Total Telecom as we work with partners and clients to help them successfully navigate the 200+ providers in the telecommunications market.
